The Palmetto Ball Sharks are looking to finalize their fall rosters for all teams. We finished a very successful Spring season with multiple tournament championships and are looking to build on that success this spring.
We have a great group of kids and families and are looking to add some additional teams this Fall. We have a competitive environment and our focus is on helping our players develop. Experienced pitching is a plus, but not required. Prior tournament experience not required. We will play tournaments in the Columbia / Lexington area.
If you are interested in your child joining an experienced organization and trying out for a position on one of our teams, please fill out the Player Information Form, and we will contact you with tryout information or to schedule an evaluation.
The 12U Ball Sharks finished play this weekend as the CHAMPIONS for the SC State Directors Challenge NIT, going 4-1, and outscoring their opponents 25-2 on Championship Sunday, including back to back complete game shutouts to secure the Championship. They have now played in the Championship game in the last two tournaments! Great job boys – keep it up!!
Great start to the season. The Ball Sharks started out 4-0 enroute to the Championship Game, but unfortunately came out a bit short. Although they didn’t win championship, the boys played great to the very end and never gave up. Finished 4-1 and 2nd out of 10 teams. GREAT JOB!!
The 12U Ball Sharks finished play this weekend as the Bracket CHAMPIONS for the Jay Criscione Super NIT, going undefeated, and outscoring their opponents 29-8 on Championship Sunday. They have now won their bracket in the last two tournaments! Great job boys – keep it up!!

Tough loss for the Ball Sharks this weekend! After cruising in their first three games, outscoring their opponents 46-13, the sweltering heat caught up with the 11U Ball Sharks in the Championship Game, finishing as runner-up in the SC Lower State Championship. Congratulations to all the boys for their hard work and determination and to all the parents who braved the heat to watch them play. Be the Shark!
The 11U Ball Sharks played up an age group this weekend, against 12U and 13U teams, beating several older teams and finished play as the Runner-up in the 12U bracket for the Memorial Meltdown, losing the Championship game to a very strong 13U team. Great job boys!!
